The guidance, assistance and care provided to our family by Ms. Gudino during a difficult time was exceptional. We were pleased with the arrangements and our loved one received a beautiful final farewell.
“It wasn’t your typical, ‘sorry for your loss’, it was personal. The job Ballard-Durand did was absolutely beautiful. I will never forget Matthew, or the team who works with him.” – Mike Bizzoco

Matthew and the entire team at Ballard-Durand have been nothing short of superlative. I virtually never write reviews, but Matt and the team deserve one. They have gone over and above what anyone could possibly expect from a funeral home. Unfortunately, in my life, I have had to deal with tragedies. However, to date, this loss was my greatest. I could not have asked for any better services from anyone. They have my unconditionally, highest rating and I would recommend anyone, going through the tragedy of a loved one's death, to reach out to them.
