“A place where families go to mourn their loved ones is now grieving a loss of their own.Ballard-Durand Funeral Home in White Plains is mourning the loss of their beloved therapy and comfort dog, Lulu.The 6-year-old goldendoodle died unexpectedly.Owner Matt Fiorello says Lulu will be deeply missed.“People are never comfortable coming to a funeral home, and their comfort is what we strive for.
