Phyllis Ann (Lombardi) Bellio

Phyllis Ann Bellio (nee Lombardi) passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021. Phyllis was born on November 19, 1941 to Joseph and Rose Lombardi in New York City, N.Y. Phyllis was the beloved wife of Frank, who predeceased her in 2018. Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Ann Marie Gunther (Rudy), son Robert (Allyson), niece Lisa Ferri (Louis), grandsons Sam, Nathan, Devin and Aidan, brother Joseph Pell Lombardi, and nephews Mike and Chris. Aside from her husband Frank, Phyllis is predeceased by her parents, son Frank John, sister Carole, and nephew Stephen. Phyllis worked as an administrator for Padwe House, a state-run group home, for many years. Phyllis was known for her loving manner and quick wit. Loving mother, sister, aunt, neighbor and friend, Phyllis will be missed dearly. May the winds of heaven blow softly and whisper in your ear.
