Cristin was born on August 20, 1981 in White Plains New York. He received his Education through the Irvington School District graduating in 2001.

Cristin leaves to cherish his memory, his son and the love of his life JaKye Alexander Cooks, his Mother Deborah Marie, of Garrison, New York, his Father and Stepmother Robert and Denise Alexander of Summit Poconos, Pennsylvania, his Grandmothers, Ellerie Clark, and Louise Alexander, his Brother and Sister Remy and Micah Alexander, four Uncles Anthony and Jerome Clark and Jesse ("Markie")And Kevin, Alexander, his Aunt Hazel Alexander Campbell, his Special Friend Latoya Stewart, and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Extended Family.

Cristin was pre-deceased by his Grandfathers Richard, MacDonald and Harold Alexander and his Uncle Harold ("Jay") Alexander.
