Ann Trippett

October 1, 1957 — July 8, 2021

White Plains

On Thursday, July 8th, 2021 Ann Margret Trippett loving wife, mother to four, and grandmother to twelve (soon to be thirteen) went home to the Lord.  Ann was born in Long Island New York on October 1, 1957.  She married her best friend Lewis Trippett on December 30, 1978. Together they raised their four children: Anika, Jonathan, Linnea, and Kristina.  They provided such a loving family environment that each of their children were eager to start their own family.  None was more eager about this than Ann.  No one else made her eyes twinkle more than Inez, Kristof, Noel, Birgitta, Christian, Minka, Luke, Annelise, Rook, Runa, Blix, Aaron, and the growing baby bump from baby boy Dillenbeck.

Ann was a homemaker in that she made everyone feel welcome in her house and comfortable and at ease in her presence.  She was quick-witted and had a heart that served the Lord and her family. She loved to golf and play tennis.  It was a treat to hear her play the piano.  Ann made a point to leave everywhere she left looking a little nicer than it was when she got there. She did this in more ways than she’ll ever know.

Jesus was Ann’s savior and because of that we can be certain that she is in His presence in glory and that she is reunited with her parents, Leonard and Inez Heinmets, her sister Eva Ekbom, and her nephews Mark Heinments, Doug Ekbom and Russel Trippett.  She will be dearly missed by her husband Lewis Trippett, her children, grandchildren, brothers Jaan, Toomas, David, and Daniel Heinmets, her Aunt Maret Buck along with her extended family and faithful friends.

In our grief, we cling to the verse that Ann held dear and claimed as her life verse, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus”

(Philippians 4:6-7).

If you would like to celebrate Ann by sending flowers to the family, please have them sent directly to the Ballard-Durand Funeral Home in White Plains, NY for the visitation on July 18, 2021.
