William R. Sestito

William R. Sestito 82, of Pleasantville, N.Y. died on April 12,2022 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, N.Y. He was born on April 22,1939 to the late Frank and Christina (nee Girolamo) Sestito in White Plains, N.Y. He proudly served in the US Army from 1960-1962. He was a retired Computer Programmer with Reichhold Chemicals in White Plains, N.Y. William was a proud 40 plus life member of the Pleasantville Fire Department and a parishioner and usher at Holy Innocents Church in Pleasantville, N.Y. He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Barbara (nee Brewster) Sestito in 2008 and also predeceased by his brother, Dominic Sestito and sister, Ann (Dolores) Witt.  William is survived by his loving son, Robert A. (Jeanine) Sestito of Rye, N.Y. and by his two cherished grandchildren, Timothy and Vladik Sestito.  Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Monday, April 18, 2022 from 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Innocents Church, Pleasantville, N.Y. on Tuesday, April 19,2022 at 10 AM. Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Greenburgh, N.Y.
