William M McLean

William McLean, Sr., of Elmsford, New York, died on January 14th with family at his side. Born in New Rochelle, New York on March 9th, 1931, he was the son of the late Robert and Mary McLean.

He is survived by his loving wife, Beverly, his son, William and his wife, Jeanmarie, of Ridgefield, Connecticut and their two sons, Timothy and Christopher; his son, Donald, of New Milford, Connecticut (Donald’s wife, Colleen McLean, predeceased William McLean, Sr.), and their four children, Emily, Robert, Deirdre and Brendan.

William enjoyed a long career in the textile industry in New York City. He loved reading history, drawing, and gardening and he and Beverly enjoyed traveling to Russia, the Mediterranean countries and Hawaii among other favorite destinations.
