Taylor Charles DeSisto

Taylor Charles DeSisto, a life long White Plains resident, passed away on February 23, 2026. He was born in Yonkers to David Allen and Linda Bingham DeSisto. Taylor graduated from Long Island University Hudson with a Masters in Education.

Always with a pen and paper Taylor was well known in his community as a talented storyteller, who gained a reputation for his gripping short stories and novels. An avid animal lover, Taylor was a long time dog walker who took unlimited joy in his daily canine walks. As an employee of Crystal Towers Taylor was known by residents and staff for his kindness, generosity, and desire to help those around him.

Taylor is survived by his parents Linda and David, his sister Logan DeSisto, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be missed by all who knew him.

The Wake will be Monday March 2nd and Tuesday March 3rd between the hours of 4-8pm at Ballard-Durand (2 Maple Ave, White Plains, NY)

We will be gathering at Ballard -Durand Wednesday March 4th at 10am before continuing to Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
