Sylvia Wadler

WADLER-Sylvia.,86, of North Branford, CT, previously White Plains, NY and Scarsdale, NY. Died on May 30, 2009. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Irwin Wadler, and mother of the late Dr. Scott Wadler (wife, Ronni). Also, the mother of Blythe Smith (husband, Kevin). She is cherished by her grandchildren: Zoe Schaeffer (husband, Jon), Jonas Wadler, Seri Gohde (husband, John), and Aubrie Smith. Predeceased by her parents, Minnie and Morris Goldstein, and brother, Leroy Grey. She will be missed by her sister, Barbara Kaplan, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Sylvia provided excellent service as a travel consultant for 40 years and will be missed by her many clients. Her passion, though, was for ballroom dancing over the past 10 years, having participated in several competitions, sometimes taking first place.
