Stella Marie Cambriello

Stella Marie Cambriello 78, formerly of Hawthorne, N.Y. and most recently of Margate, Fla. died on Nov.25, 2017. She was born on Feb.1, 1939 to the late Michael and Catherine (nee Citino) Yazzo in White Plains, N.Y. Stella was predeceased by her one and only love of her life and devoted husband, Salvatore Cambriello in 1999. She is survived by her three loving sisters, Carolyn Cambriello of Pleasantville, N.Y., Theresa (Kenneth) Halloway of Clinton, CT. and Ann Guidarelli of Pleasantville, N.Y. also survived by her brothers in laws, Sam (Yvonne) Cambriello of Thornwood, N.Y., John (Katherine) Cambriello of Croton on Hudson, N.Y. and Rudy Guidarelli of Cortlandt Manor, N.Y. and sister in law, Rose Cambriello. Predeceased by her brothers in laws, Dominick, James, Michael and Lawrence, Jr. Cambriello and sister in law, Palma Bates. Also survived by her fourteen nephews, eight nieces, twenty five great nieces and nephews and six great great nieces and nephews. Stella had the kind of laugh that would bring tears to her eyes, she laughed so hard. She was a favorite among  all of us and will surely be missed. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Wednesday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Thursday, 11 AM. Entombment, Mt.Calvary Cemetery, Greenburgh, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of your choice in Stella’s name would be appreciated.
