Ruth W. Travers, a resident of White Plains, NY, died March 8, 2006 at the age of 87.
The wife of Howard Travers, who predeceased her in 2002, Ruth is survived by her devoted son Peter Travers and daughter-in-law Robyn of Mamaroneck, NY. Ruth's heart was her family: grandchildren Jennifer, David and Alex and adored great-granddaughter Maya. Ruth excelled in art and her paintings are a lasting legacy to those she held dear.
Private funeral services for family members were held, flooded by memories of her generous spirit and the visions of color, light and love she left on the canvas.
