Rosina L. (Verano) Petagine

Rosina L. Petagine 92, most recently of Clinton, CT and formerly of West Harrison, N.Y. died on Nov. 30, 2018 at her residence. She was born on Nov. 20, 1926 to the late Anthony and Dingamereta (nee Tropea) Verano in Harrison, N.Y. She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Joseph S. Petagine in 2018 and three brothers, Frank, Salvatore, John and two sisters, Theresa Chiaravalloti and Catherine Tirri. Rosina is survived by her two loving daughters, Donna (Mark Columbo) Petagine of Sophia, NC and Jennifer (Patricia Kelly) Petagine of Clinton, CT. one brother, Anthony Verano and one sister, Raffaella DeMarco both of West Harrison, N.Y. and sister in law, Antoinette Verano of LaGrangeville, N.Y. also survived by her one cherished granddaughter, Ashley (Michael) Ogles and two great granddaughters, Gracey and Aubrey Ogles and many nieces and nephews. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Tuesday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, St. Anthony of Padua Church, West Harrison, N.Y. on Wednesday, 11 AM. Interment, Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Greenburgh, N.Y.
