Rose Huzil

Rose Huzil 90, of Bronx, N.Y. and most recently of Yonkers, N.Y. died on March 19, 2019. She was born on May 29, 1928 to the late Peter and Anna Bojciw in Romaniwka, Ukraine. Rose was predeceased by her devoted husband, John Huzil in 1979 and also predeceased by her beloved son, Michael Huzil in 2000 and by her son in law Ron Uzovich in 2010 and two deceased brothers. Rose is survived by her two loving daughters, Anna Huzil of Yonkers, N.Y. and Maria Uzovich of Hawthorne, N.Y. also survived by her four cherished grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Thursday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Friday, 1PM. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y.
