Robert P. Peirce 88, of Valhalla, N.Y. died on July 14,2017. He was born on Jan.22,1929 to the late Helen Cox and step father Fred Witol in N.Y., N.Y. He proudly served in the National Guard Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Robert was a retired Internal Auditor for NY Tele in NYC for 40 years retiring in 1990. He is survived by his devoted wife, Jean (nee Grana) Peirce of Valhalla, N.Y. and by his loving son, Robert A. (Joan S. Jia) Peirce of Hastings, N.Y. also survived by his four cherished grandchildren, Matthew and Danielle Peirce and Michael and Katharine Yang. Predeceased by his son, Steven Peirce in 2001. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Monday, 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass, Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Tuesday, 10 AM. Entombment to follow.
