Robert J. Muscolino

Robert John Muscolino, 73, currently of Pleasantville, NY, passed away unexpectedly on April 27, 2022. Bob was born on April 21, 1949 in White Plains, NY to the late Rosario “Cy” and Carmina “Mae” (Fulgenzi) Muscolino. He attended the Holy Rosary School and graduated Class of ‘69 from Westlake High School in Thornwood, NY. Bob was a NY State champion athlete in sectional wrestling and an avid football player. He attended two years at Orange County College and worked at Con Edison for 37 years, retiring in 2006. Bob was a fitness fanatic and took excellent care of himself. He enjoyed traveling, socializing with friends, and spending time with his family. Family was everything to Bob. Even though he expressed a tough demeanor, he had a charming and fun sense of humor and deeply cared and worried about those he loved. That same care was shared by his family who looked to Bob as the peacekeeper, the sarcastic comedian, and all around great guy. Most often you would find him walking the neighborhood of Pleasantville, stopping to chat with his many friends along his route. He spent a good deal of those conversations on his family. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Patricia; his children, Kristopher (Janine) and Rose Anna (John); his grandchildren,Nicholas, Natalie, Anthony, Arielle, and Talia; his loving brother, Ross (Marianne); and many beloved nieces and nephews. He joins his predeceased brother, Matthew Muscolino at the gates of heaven. May his loving soul find peace alongside those who have gone before him and watch over his family with the loving care and protection as he did in life. A wake will be held at Hawthorne Funeral Home, Hawthorne, NY on Monday, May 9, 2022 from 4-7PM. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 10 AM at Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Memphis, TN., would be appreciated.
