Richard J Daniels

Richard J Daniels, 76 of Croton NY, formerly of White Plains and Valhalla, died on May 16, 2026. Born in White Plains on April 11th, 1950, the son of Frank Daniels and Mary Guardino. He was a graduate of White Plains High School class in 1969. On May 18th, 1984, he married Irene Peppard. Richard Retired from the City of White Plains in 2012 where he began his carrier as the White Plains Fire Department Electrician and later and electrician for the department of Public Works. Richard "Richie" had a great passion for hot rods, motorcycles, fishing and the beach. Going to car shows in his 34-couple hotrod or target shooting with friends, to weekends in RI he always enjoyed being with friends and family. He is survived by his loving son Brent Daniels, his brothers Bryan (Bernadette), frank (Lydia), Joseph (Tammy, deceased), sisters Lenore Buteroni and Maureen Krauss. His sister Barbara Holmes predeceased him, and numerous amounts of nieces and Nephews. In lieu of flowers or donations can be made to Wounded Worries or St Jude Children's Hospital.
