Raymond A. Florentz

Raymond A. Florentz, 84, a Resident of St. Cabrini Nursing Home in Dobbs Ferry, NY and formerly of New Milford, CT, died on Sept. 7, 2007. He was born on March 4, 1923 to Julius and Marie Florentz in Bronx, NY. Raymond served proudly with the US Marines during WWII from 1942-46. He graduated White Plains High School and captain of their Championship Basketball Team. He was predeceased by his wife Natalie Florentz and by his brother William. Survived by 3 daughters, Kristine of White Plains, NY, Michelle and her children Shaun and Sarah Gluss of Thornwood, NY, and Patricia Franco and her husband Richard and their children Christopher, Daniel, and Aleisha of Hawthorne, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations to Rosary Hill Home 600 Linda St. Hawthorne, NY 10532.
