Olga T. (Gimenez) Viola

Olga Theresa Viola, long time resident of White Plains, NY passed away April 12, 2023 while in the care of her loving daughter Roberta.

She grew up in Manhattan, NY with her five siblings Thomas, Richard, Albert, Louis and sister Dora. She is survived by her brother Louis Gimenez and his wife Anna of Freehold, NJ.

She leaves behind her four daughters Carol Meighan (Bob), Roberta Sprague, Lisa DeCicco (Anthony), Jennifer Viola-Braca as well as her nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mom preferred to be called by her middle name Theresa and many knew her as just "Viola". She was extremely independent and would walk nearly everyday, only needing limited help in her later years.
She enjoyed playing card games, bingo and of course, the casinos. She loved animals, especially cats, dogs and giraffes.

Although mom loved being home she did get some traveling done over the years including several trips to the Bahamas, Florida and even went on a cruise. She had hoped to one day visit Puerto Rico.

We are never prepared to lose a loved one at any age and we are grateful we had so many years with her. May our beautiful mother rest in eternal peace and know that she will be missed everyday we spend without her. We love you mom.
