Neil was born in D.C. and grew up in Italy, The Bronx and White Plains, NY. He was an avid reader, loved music and was an accomplished piano player and composer. He would often entertain at family functions and on holidays. Neil also loved his trees and enjoyed living in the Northeast so he could take advantage of the beauty of the seasons. He is survived by his brother Roger and many cousins and friends who loved him very much.
