Myrene Kelly

Myrene Margaret Bailey Kelly, 96, of Colorado Springs, CO passed away on 3/21/2024.

Myrene was born in Yonkers, NY on March 20,1928 to Ralph and Margaret Bailey.

She graduated from Gorton High School in Yonkers and then went to work for Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in NYC.

In 1947 she married Albert Kelly. Myrene and Al lived on Park Ave in Yonkers until moving to Cortlandt Manor. They had four children; Frank (Sheila), Albert Jr. (Joanne), Mark (Gayla) and Myrene (Robbin) Conner.

Myrene worked at Bethel Springvale Inn in Croton-on-the-Hudson as the Resident Life Director for 15 years. After retiring Myrene and Al retired to New Bern, North Carolina and spent their Golden Years there. After Al died in 2004, Myrene moved to Lakewood, NJ to live near her sisters. She moved to McKenzie Place in Colorado Springs in 2019.

She is survived by her children, two grandsons, six granddaughters and nine great grandchildren. Myrene is predeceased by 3 sisters and 1 brother.She is a member of Our Lady of the Pine Church, Black Forest, CO.

Services will be held at The Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Valhalla on 3/27/2024.
