In Loving Memory of Mike Gabeau

It is with deep sadness and heartfelt love that we announce the passing of Mike Gabeau, who departed this life on July 4, 2026, at the age of 64.

Born in Haiti, Mike lived a life rooted in faith, service, and love. He was a devoted husband to Myrlie Gabeau and a proud, loving father to Mike Lovensky Gabeau, Cassie Nathalie Gabeau, and Miklie Jordine Gabeau. His greatest joy was his family, whom he cherished and supported with unwavering love.

Mike dedicated his life to serving others through his work as both a teacher and an electrician. He believed in the value of hard work, education, and using his gifts to help those around him. His wisdom, integrity, and willingness to lend a helping hand left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

Above all else, Mike loved God. His faith was the foundation of his life, and he was passionate about preaching the Word of God and encouraging others to grow in their relationship with Christ. Whether in church, at home, or within his community, he shared the message of hope, compassion, and salvation with conviction and humility.

Mike also had a deep love for politics and soccer, enjoying thoughtful conversations about current events and cheering passionately for the sport he loved. His warmth, wisdom, and steadfast faith made him a trusted friend, mentor, and source of encouragement to many.

Though his passing leaves a tremendous void in the hearts of those who loved him, his legacy of faith, kindness, service, and devotion will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Mike will be deeply missed by his beloved wife, children, extended family, friends, church family, and all whose lives he touched.
