Michael Wylie

Michael Wylie 51, of Hawthorne, N.Y. and most recently of St. Augustine, Fla. passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on Aug.10, 2010 at his residence in Fla. He is survived by his brothers; Rob of Millwood, N.Y. and John of Schnecksville, PA. and five nieces and one nephew. He was a free spirit and took each day as it came. Mike was a Westlake High School graduate and attended Westchester Community College in Valhalla, N.Y. He moved to Phoenix AZ but later returned home to care for his sick dad. He left New York once more and moved to St.Augustine, Fla. He was a loyal Mets Fan and was known for his loyal friendships and sense of humor. His hobbies included; Fishing, Reading Books, Hiking and going to the gym. He will be missed by all who knew him. Memorial Visitation at Hawthorne Funeral Home on Saturday Aug.28, 2010 from 2- 6 PM. Departed on Aug. 10, 2010 and resided in Hawthorne, NY.
