Mary (Maura) Marchello was born on May 8, 1940, in New York City. She was the oldest of four children born to Walter and Bridget Cawley. She died peacefully at Calvary Hospital. Her siblings are Walter (Monica) Cawley (both deceased), Linda (Matthew, deceased) Ward, and Eleanor (John) Perry. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

She had many friends and neighbors, all of whom loved her. She also loved her books. Not so long ago she came upon the world of poetry and she has written many poems which are considered very good. She has quite a collection.

She had a long career at NY Medical College as a Senior Analyst, which she enjoyed very much. We will miss her terribly.
