Mary Mancuso

Mae Mancuso of Hartsdale, N.Y., died April 27, 2012 surrounded by her family. She was 89 years old. Mae was born Mary Patricia Murray in Verplanck, N.Y., the daughter of the late James and Sofia Murray. On September 6, 1944 Mae married Sonny Mancuso. They were married for 67 years. Her husband predeceased her on April 11, 2012. Mae, a longtime communicant at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Elmsford, is survived by her daughter Nancy (Michael) Bowerman and sons Robert (Helene) Mancuso and John (Tricia) Mancuso. She is also survived by her four grandchildren: Michael Bowerman, Jeremy Mancuso, Kristin (Poli) Curanaj, Cara Scott-Pokorney, and one great grandchild Cody Scott. Mae was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be missed by all.
