Marvin Kornfeld

Marvin Kornfeld of White Plains, NY died Friday February 17th at the age of 87. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Judith (Raab) and his sister Sue Silverstein. Marvin is survived by his sons Amos (Jeannie) and Steven (Dana) and grandchildren Hannah, Jacob, Cassidy, Sarah, and Noah, and his brother Leon (Carol) and brother-in-law Nelson Silverstein. Marvin was a graduate of the University of Michigan and served in the US Army. He worked as a financial advisor on Wall Street for over 50 years at Fahnestock & Co. He was active in his community as a youth sports coach, served on the Jewish Board of Family & Children's Services and as a volunteer at Hawthorne Cedar Knolls Home for Boys.
