Mark (Kombert) Kombert

Dr Mark Kombert passed away Tuesday 23 August, 2022 in White Plains, NY at the age of 59. A beloved father, brother, son and friend who was kind above all else. He devoted much of his life to the care and protection of animals; as a little kid he would take wild skunks into his family garage, as a father he taught his sons the best places to find critters under rocks and logs, and professionally as a doctor of veterinary medicine with a career spanning nearly thirty years. He spent most of his life aiding conservation and treating cherished pets. He is, and will continue to be dearly missed. Mark is survived by his two sons Maxwell and Henry Kombert, his mother Tamar Kombert, his ex-wife Miranda Kombert, his sisters Karen Frankel, Nancy Kombert and Lorie Grebin, his nieces and nephews Alexander, Samuel and Nicole Frankel, Scott, Sarah and Adam Dillon, Lucy, Zoë and Millie Grebin, Frederick Loxton, and William and Polly Rodgers, also his brothers in-law Marc Frankel, Jason Grebin and Alvin Hasenflue.
