Mark W. Frawley Jr., a retired partner at the NYC law firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen and Hamilton, died peacefully at home on October 28 after a long illness. Mr. Frawley spent his entire career with Cleary Gottlieb where he specialized in corporate real estate. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Joan, his sons, Mark and David, their wives, Amy and Bernadette, his grandchildren Abigail, Alexandra, Ian and Avery, and his brothers Roger and James.
