Marjorie Mae Durtsche

Marjorie Mae Durtsche of Rye Brook, New York passed away peacefully on July 5, 2020 at the age of 97. She was born in Oak Hill Ohio to Mary and Charles Russell on December 13,1922. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 53 years John F. Durtsche.
Her greatest joy was celebrating with family and friends. Whether it was a wedding, holiday or simply a backyard barbecue you would always see a smile on her face.
She loved crocheting afghans and creating beautiful quilts for each and everyone of us and we will forever cherish them.
Marjorie is survived by her three loving children Rita, Sharon (Buzz), Mike (Debra) and 10 adoring grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Wake will be held at Ballard-Durand in White Plains from 4-7 pm on July 8, 2020.
