Kathryn Towndrow

Kathryn Ann Towndrow(Kay) Born March 27, 1925 at 100 yrs

Passed away in her sleep, October 25, 2025 after a 3yr struggle with Alzheimer's Disease. Kathryn had three children, Bobby who pre-deceased her and survived by her two daughters Lyn S. Romano of Goldens Bridge NY and Mary Jo Garrity, of Montrose, Pa. Kay was blessed to have 6 grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great, Great Grandchildren!! In Kay's younger days she was employed by the Town of North Castle as the Deputy Town Clerk. Kay loved to travel, do crossword puzzles and above all spend time with her family. A more generous kind soul you will never meet. She drove until she was 95 and made the decision to hang up her keys on her own. Kay was best known for her love of Christmas and her baking of Christmas Cookies.

Kay's daughters request in leiu of flowers, please make a donation in Kay's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital which was her charity of choice.
