Kate Zgaljic

Kate Zgaljic 94, of Valhalla, N.Y. died on June 18, 2020. She was born on April 15, 1926 to the late Joseph and Fuska (nee Mrakovcic) Pinezic in Pinezic, Croatia. Kate is survived by her devoted husband, Ivan Zgaljic of Valhalla, N.Y. and by her loving children, John Zgaljic of Elmira, N.Y. and Carole (Andrew) Petretti of Valhalla, N.Y. also survived by her three cherished grandchildren, Cory, Kelly and Cassie Petretti. Predeceased by her one brother, Ivan Pinezic.

Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Sunday, 2-4 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Name of Jesus Church, Valhalla, N.Y. on Monday, 10 AM. Interment, St. Raymond’s Cemetery, Bronx, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to Valhalla Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Inc. P.O. Box 14, Valhalla, N.Y., would be appreciated.
