Joseph John Marinaro

Joseph John Marinaro, Sr., a longtime resident of New Rochelle, died on November 4, 2011. He was 77.

Mr. Marinaro was born on June 24, 1934 in New York City to the late Nicholas and Bridget (Raccioppi) Marinaro. For many years before his retirement he worked for Local 32BJ as an elevator starter.

He is survived by his daughter, Diane Marinaro and her companion Brian Odell; his brother, Anthony Marinaro and his wife Rita; his longtime companion, Catherine Jenter; and many loving nieces and nephews. He is pre-deceased by his son, Joseph John Marinaro, Jr.

Visiting Wednesday 9am to 12pm at Ballard-Durand Funeral Home, 2 Maple Ave, White Plains. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday 1pm at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, White Plains. Interment at St. Raymond's Cemetery.
