Joseph "Bradley" Finney, 91, No. White Plains, NY passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at the Veterans Home at Montrose. Brad served in the Korean War and retired to Myrtle Beach, SC. Brad is survived by his children, Karen Finney, Kathy Freeman, Kevin Finney and grand children Kara Hager, Kevin Finney Jr., and Keron Finney and great grand daughter Kyra.
