John (Jack) G. Wright

John (Jack) G. Wright 81, of Thornwood, N.Y. died on July 7, 2020. He was born on Dec. 31, 1938 to the late Joseph and Margaret Wright in Tarrytown, N.Y. He proudly served in the US Army from 1959-1961. He was a retired Computer Programmer with Bank of New York in White Plains, N.Y. for many years.  Jack was an Avid Golfer. He is survived by his devoted wife, Marilyn (nee Wetzel) Wright of Thornwood, N.Y. and by his loving children, Katherine (Donald) Blaney of Yorktown Hgts., N.Y. and John G. (Timothea) Wright, II of St. Augustine, FL. one brother, James (Julie) Wright of Valhalla, N.Y. also survived by his six cherished grandchildren. Private Family Visitation will be held at Hawthorne Funeral Home and a Private Family Burial will take place at Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale, N.Y. In lieu of flowers donations to The National Kidney Foundation www.kidney.org , would be appreciated.
