John Thomas Corry passed away in the Bronx, NY on September 16th, 2026. Born on March 1st, 1941 in Tampa, FL, he was raised in Jacksonville, FL but graduated from Edgemont High School in Scarsdale, NY. He then graduated from Princeton University and went on to Washington & Lee Law School where he earned his law degree. Tom, as he was known, then worked for Chase Manhattan Bank for 34 years. In 1970, he married Louise Thompson and together, raised two sons Ryland (Stefania) and Craig (Victoria).
The wake will be at Ballard Durand on Sunday, September 20th from 4-8pm.
The funeral will be at St. Paul's UMC on Monday, September 21st at 10am.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Paul's Trustee Fund would be appreciated.
