Joanne E. Lyons

JoAnne Lyons, 69, passed away on June 1, 2023, in North White Plains, NY. JoAnne was born on January 31, 1954, in White Plains, NY, to Charles and Lillian Gambino.

She graduated from Valhalla High School in 1972 and became a medical assistant for many years. She then worked at FenBar Precision Machinists in Thornwood, NY, until the time of her illness.

She is survived by her 2 children, Samantha & Kevin, her twin sister LouAnne Gambino, sister-in-Law Linda Gambino, brother-in-law Len Vallender and by many nieces & nephews.

She was best known for her smile and personality and for always being there to help no matter what.

She always said, "I'm a Gambino, and I am a fighter . "l Can't do this" was never in her vocabulary.

JoAnne is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Gloria & her brother Charles. A memorial service will be held at a date that is to be determined.
