James Kenneth Herbert died Tuesday, January 19, 2015. James was a resident of White Plains, NY and was President of CI Spectrum, an information technology consulting firm in White Plains. He was born in White Plains, NY on March 3, 1965, and was a graduate of Archbishop Stepinac High School and Manhattan College. James is survived by his loving partner Cynthia Aylsworth, and was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Margaret Herbert of White Plains. James was a devoted partner, a man of many friends, and he will be truly missed by all who loved him. James will be long remembered for his humor and his love of God and country.
