Harold Fong

Harold Fong passed away on August 9, 2020 after valiantly battling metastatic lung cancer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Kienitz Fong, as well as two brothers, George and Edward. Harold was a Korean War veteran and an employee of the U.S. Department of Treasury for over 25 years. He and Joyce loved animals and supported various animal causes. Towards the end of his life, his constant companion was his cat, Sadie. He donated to many charities and among his favorites were feeding the indigent, Native American causes, veterans support, and Democratic causes. Harold is survived by his two brothers, Richard and his wife, Senna, and William, and his wife Judy, along with several nieces and nephews. Harold also had a contingent of friends and neighbors whom he called family. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to Feeding America and the ASPCA.
