Giuseppe Centi, age 89, of Thornwood, N.Y., died Monday, March 13, 2006, at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, N.Y. Centi was employed by Mount Pleasant Cemetery and was a member of Holy Rosary Church.
He was the son of Emidio and Maria (Scimia) Centi. He is Survived by his wife Clorinda (Scimia) Centi of Pleasantville, NY, One Daughter Maria Bucci of Pleasantville, N.Y.One Son Dino Centi of Thornwood, N.Y.Four grandchildren and Five great-grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Hawthorne Funeral Home, 21 Stevens Avenue, Hawthorne, N.Y., where the family will receive friends from 2- 4 PM and 7 - 9 PM Wednesday. Funeral Mass Holy Rosary Church at 10:00 AM Thursday. Interment will be at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum in Hawthorne, N.Y.
