Geraldine (Gerry) (Scicolone) Toomey

Geraldine (Gerry) Toomey, of Jackson Height, N.Y., passed away on Monday October 3, 2022, in Elmhurst General Hospital surrounded by her husband, Robert Toomey and her niece Denise Cordero. She was 79. The daughter of the late Liborio and Mary (Malacos) Scicolone, she was born on June 28, 1943 in New York City. Survivors include her husband Robert Toomey, her son Billy Toomey, her brother Robert Scicolone and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister June Sabarese and her brother-in-law Daniel Sabarese. Gerry enjoyed working on puzzles and was an avid fan and collector of all things Elvis Presley. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, NY on Friday 11 AM. Entombment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY to follow.
