Genevieve (Carroll) Christiansen (97) of Hawthorne, NY passed away on Saturday, May 18 at home with her family at her side. She was born in Brooklyn, NY January 21,1927.
She received a bachelor's degree in education from St. Josephs College and her master's degree in education from Hunters College in 1948.
She married Henry Christiansen in 1953 and they moved to Hawthorne in 1963.
She is Predeceased by her husband, Henry, and her son James.
Genevieve is survived by her children John, Tom (Ginny), Susan and David. Her Grandchildren Matthew (Susan), Stephen, Briand and Erik (Tom) and Julia and Emily (David). Genevieve also had a great granddaughter Brady (Matthew).
