Gaetano Cutrufo passed away on May 25th, 2022 at the age of 90. He was born November 27, 1931 in Siracusa, Sicily and moved to New York in 1984. Gaetano never married or had children of his own, but helped raise 3 generations of nieces and nephews. In Siracusa, he owned and operated a framing store but always loved to work outside, building and fixing things. He was “Zio” to everyone he met and will truly be missed. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Friday from 9-10 AM. Entombment, Ferncliff Mausoleum, Hartsdale, NY on Friday 10:30 AM.
