Frank J. Sefcik

Frank J. Sefcik 86, of Middletown, N.Y. and formerly of NYC died on July 26, 2018. He was born on Nov. 25, 1931 to the late Charles and Mary (nee Panek) Sefcik in NYC. He proudly served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Frank was a retired mechanic with the MTA in NYC. Frank was predeceased by his beloved wife, Rosetta (nee Herrity) Sefcik in 1988 and is survived by his loving children, John (Jean) Sefcik of Hyde Park, N.Y., Kevin Sefcik of Whitestone, N.Y., Elizabeth Sefcik of Woodside, N.Y. and Rosemarie (Michael) McDonough of Nanuet, N.Y. also survived by his seven cherished grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass, Holy Rosary Church, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Monday, 11 AM. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y.
