Ethne H. Booth

Ethne Booth, known affectionately as ‘Grandma’. 86, most recently of Croton on Hudson, N.Y. and formerly of Larchmont, N.Y. Died on March 6,2022 at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow, N.Y.

Born March 2,1936.
Ethne was very much a lady. She loved gardening at her lifelong home in Larchmont, NY. Her favorite color was yellow, and her favorite flowers were Gardenia and Hibiscus. She was an avid baseball fan, she enjoyed attending games for The Mets, and then later rooted for The Yankees.
Ethne loved travel. She visited many places, domestically and abroad. Her favorite trips were for family gatherings and celebrations in Connecticut.
Ethne is predeceased by her husband, Frank William Booth, to whom she was happily married for over 45 years.
Ethne held a very close relationship with her mother Ursula “Jean” Lindheimer (deceased), and her father Austin Harrison (deceased).
She is survived by her Stepdaughter, Karen Bertrand and her son-in-law Vern. She had 3 grandchildren, Lena, Anthony, and Emily. Lena was also her Goddaughter. They spent many afternoons together creating ceramics and frequenting the Bronx Zoo.
Ethne had 6 Great Grandchildren who adored her; Jason, Savannah, Mika, Wren, Hayden, and Zoey.
Ethne is also survived by Kris Blankenship, Amanda Sogliuzzi, and Shaun and Katie Mello.

Graveside Services will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Friday, March 25,2022 at 11 AM.
