Elizabeth Jane Lonergan

Elizabeth Jane Lonergan (née Connick), a longtime resident of the Town of Mount Pleasant, died peacefully at her home in Valhalla, NY on December 3, 2023. She was 74 years old.
Born in Waltham, Massachusetts on March 24, 1949, Elizabeth ("Betsy") grew up in Bayside, Queens with six sisters, before settling in Valhalla. Of her many accomplishments, she was most proud of the home that she created, which allowed her children to flourish and thrive. Ultimately, she loved nothing more than spending time with her family and sharing in the successes of her grandchildren.
Elizabeth is predeceased by her sisters Susan and Christina.
She is survived by her husband of almost fifty years, Lawrence, her sons Sean (and Julie) Lonergan, and Lawrence, II (and Kathryn) Lonergan, four sisters, Patricia, Judith, Mary Ellen, and Kathryn, and six grandchildren, Kathryn, Patrick, Brendan, Jack, Madison, and Grace.
