Kelly pursued his passion for learning at Stanford University and Johns Hopkins University, dedicating his professional life to economics, international trade, and political risk analysis. He built an accomplished career in New York, where he held senior positions in respected public, academic, and business institutions. He was admired for his brilliance, thoughtful perspective, and unwavering ethical principles.
