Colin D. Munro

Colin is lovingly survived by his wife, Nectar Sarkissian Munro; his four children, Duncan James Munro, Gillian Elizabeth Munro, Alexander Sarkissian Munro, and Anna-Marie Sarkissian Munro; his sister, Mary Munro Moburg, and her family; and his brother, Dr. David Munro, his wife, Lori, and their family. 

A brilliant immigration lawyer and tax attorney, Colin devoted his career to helping others navigate complex systems with fairness, intelligence, and care. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he was a gifted chef, an avid outdoorsman, and a proud “nerd” who could fix anything—from a broken appliance to a complicated legal argument. 

Colin will be remembered for his dad-humor, generous heart, and unwavering curiosity about the complexities of the world. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and integrity that will continue to inspire those who knew him.
