Anthony Cassanelli

Anthony Cassanelli of Bronx, N.Y., passed away peacefully on March 12,2012 at United Hebrew Nursing Home, New Rochelle, N.Y. He is reunited with his adoring wife, Antoinette, the love of his life. Loving father of Joan DeMicco and husband Frank, of Katonah, N.Y. and Neil Cassanelli of Sarasota, FL. Cherished Grandfather of Michelle DeMicco, Philip DeMicco, Desiree Cassanelli, and Alana Cassanelli. Dear brother of Frances Cassarella and Gloria Gangemi. He is predeceased by his sisters Palma Dondero and Angelina Sposato and his brother James Cassanelli. Anthony is a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Anthony was employed at Griffen Ford, Greenwich, CT prior to his retirement. Anthony proudly served in the U.S. Naval Service, aboard the USS Herbert J. Thomas, during World War II.
