Annette O. Fusco

Annette Fusco formerly of Bronx, N.Y. passed away on January 16, 2022 in Buffalo, New York at the age of 81. She is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Fusco and her sister, Jennie Guizzetti of the Bronx, New York. Annette is survived by her three children, Mary (Brian) McQuaid, John (Christine) Fusco and Jennifer (Ron Nowasell) Lico and is lovingly remembered as “Nanny” by her twelve cherished grandchildren, Anthony Blade, Nicholas, Anthony Peter, Michael, Isabella, Capri, Jenna, Paul, Peter, Gianna, Emily and Theresa. Annette is also survived by her two lifelong friends, Rose Annunziata and Rita Comunale and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at the Hawthorne Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-5 PM. Funeral Mass, Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, N.Y. on Monday, 10 AM. Interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in Annette’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project ( support.woundedwarriorproject.org ) would be appreciated.
