Anna Ferrera

Anna Ferrera 78, of Thornwood, N.Y. died on Feb.8, 2010 at Northern Westchester Hospital Center in Mt, Kisco, N.Y. She was born on Dec.5, 1931 to the late Elia and Fortunata (nee Carpico) Viscogliosi in Arpino, Frosinone, Italy. Anna was a retired seamstress at Helen Whiting in Pleasantville, N.Y. and a member of the Kensico Italian American Club. She is survived by her devoted husband Bernardo Ferrera of Thornwood, N.Y. Her loving children; Tony Ferrera and his wife Rosalyn of Ossining, N.Y. and Grace Caso and her husband Roberto of Hawthorne, N.Y. 2 brothers Antonio and Marco of Italy and 1 sister Angela Galardo of France. Also survived by her 6 cherished grandchildren; Michelle, Michael and Marisa Ferrera and David, Christopher and Analisa Caso. Reposing Hawthorne Funeral Home on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
