Albert Fazio, age 91, died Wednesday, July 24, 2007, at Baylor Regional Medical Center in Grapevine, Texas. He was born August 1, 1915 in Monongah, West Virginia to Domenick and Christine (Plutro) Fazio. He is survived by One Son Gary Fazio of Colleyville, Texas, and One Daughter Doreen Fazio of Redondo Beach, California. Arrangements are being handled by Hawthorne Funeral Home, 21 Stevens Avenue, Hawthorne, N.Y., where the family will receive friends from 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM Sunday, July 29, 2007. Funeral service will be at Fountain of Eternal Life Church, Mount Kisco, NY 10:00 AM Monday, July 30, 2007. Interment will be at Saint Raymonds Cemetery in the Bronx, N.Y.
